Comfortable room and beds, with everything we needed. The location was good, but keep in mind it’s about a 10 minute walk to the M4 metro station, and from there at least 40 minutes to reach central Paris and the main attractions.
In general, NOVOTEL is my first choice, as it is a very good hotel in many respects. We were surperises this time. The staff were not very friendly and seemed quite serious with guests. In addition, at check‑out the lady even if she noticed we were in line, she started answering someone she already knew and let him go before us.
Breakfast was generally good, but for €20 per day the options were someohow limited.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was also very thoughtful that complimentary water was provided during the heatwave, which made our stay much more pleasant. The location was convenient and the staff were friendly.
Considering the price we paid, it was a bit disappointing that the room did not have a mini fridge or a smart TV.
