Good value, nice and helpful staff, well equipped room, quiet and clean neighborhood, good noise isolation, well connected to public transportation, good breakfast, free water by the reception, onsite parking.
Little toilet smell in my room (the other room I rented didn't have it) and the walk back from the metro station at night with kids feels kind of dark/lonely.

It was in a good location; the breakfast had plenty of options
The hotel only has one elevator; For the price, I was expecting more out of the rooms (a proper closet for example), and a safe… There are cheaper and better options near the 14th arrondissement/ Montrouge.
I would only consider this hotel again if it was for a very short visit (max 3 nights), I don’t recommend this place for longer stays, since you don’t have space to store anything privately. I had to use my bag as a closet/ safe for 6 nights.
