I checked cleaning each day! And nothing happened; i had to ask for clean towels at 11 pm!!!
If i‘d prefer a woke location, i‘d chose one!

We liked the big 2-room option, it was clean and comfortable
A/C unit in the main room did not work, we had to ask 4 times for it to be fixed. 2/4 nights we had no A/C

Location! Near old centre. The river gardens and and views of Canaletto painting. The pool and spa . Breakfast was not ok while there was choice juice gluten free and various milks. Staff didn’t respond to requests. Bar staff nice
You had to pay to use the pool, no tea/ coffee facilities in room. Staff didn’t listen at reception.
