The Good:
The property is very modern and features lovely decor. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Additionally, the breakfast was very good and highly enjoyable.
The Room Layout:
The rooms are quite small. Most Twin and Double rooms do not have a separate bathroom; instead, the sink and shower are located directly inside the main bedroom area. Only the toilet is separate with a door. While this design allows the hotel to maximize space, it completely takes away guest privacy and simply does not work for a shared Twin room.
Parking:
Please note that they charge an extra €25 per night to use their parking garage facility.

We stayed in the Hinterhaus and had a lovely patio and view of the Elbe. It is close to public transport - Alter Schlachthof stop on the tram or a 15-min walk to Hbf Neustadt. The waterfall shower was luxury. Even with the windows open, this neighborhood is very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is a great hotel. Its new and very clean. friendly personell. Tram stops in front of the hotel. Breakfast is good.
Just minor things, no refridgerator in the room and the bathroom is a bit small.
