Staff were really excellent, from check-in, breakfast, to check-out. Never had such a good experience at a global chain hotel. Especially, two staff members at the checkout were really kind and helpful. I had free time until 18:00 on the last day, and a staff member gave me useful advice, including which trains to take to the airport. Perfect assistance!! Then I really loved their breakfast. Variations, Quality, and the luminous atmosphere. The hotel manager (I think) was also kind :) Last but not least, a complimentary big bottle of water in the room, which is a big plus.
Definitely wish to come back again. Thank you!!
The room temperature regulation was difficult. It was chilly outside, even in mid-June, but the room got hot, and it was difficult to sleep in comfort. I tried adjusting by myself, but it did not work. Then, I did not find the 'Do not disturb' plate in the room. The location is not that central, but still within walking distance of the main attractions. Moving with the tram from this hotel is not helpful, for example, to Frauenkirche, it takes the same time, 16 min. on tran, 16 min. on foot.

Excellent location, good sized room with all the facilities needed, superb location within easy walking distance to the historic centre but also close to the S2 train stop from the airport. Very helpful staff and a good breakfast.

The bathroom shower was great.
The room was too warm for us and we could not get it cool enough

The location is really good.
WiFi speed is good.
For breakfast you have to pay 19 Euro per person.
No Toothbrush, no cotton swab, no Toothpaste, no tissue paper in the room and a little angry reception!
