Koselig hotell med typisk tysk stil og hyggelig atmosfære. Vi spiste middag på hotellet, og maten var veldig god. Rommene er litt eldre, men helt fine for en overnatting. Et godt valg dersom du er på gjennomreise eller trenger et hyggelig sted å bo for én natt.

Charming town, just off the motorway, easy route to Hamburg. Decent hotel.
Restaurant was not great (it was ok - three stars out of 5). Very heavy menu, practically all choices with heavy sauces/gravies - all on cream. Meat/fish choices either with sauce or breaded/fried. Everything on grease. Our stomachs gave up after two evenings and on the third we cancelled our reservation to eat somewhere else.

Hotel is located in a little city which was very nice to take a walk in. Used it as a stop on our way to southern Europe. Located well away from the autobahn but still within reach, and did not have to drive far to be back on the road.
The room was a nice big room with plenty of space.
The restaurant was a bit on the plain side. The food was ok but not more than that. The saladbar was quite disappointing.
The breakfast in the morning was ok - but lacked a bit in terms of possibilities for kids.
