Location fit me well, cleaning personel were nice and hardworking
Desk. After midnight I was thirsty and walked down the desk, ask for a bottle of cold water. I wanted him to add to my bill. He refused. He said system did not let him to do so. I go back the room, take my credit card and paid. The next they while I was checking out the lady on the desk wanted to see the reciept of the water. I refused. She insisted. It was not nice. They were rude. I hope I will not stay there one more time.

It is a bit far from center, but it depends what you do in Berlin

Cleanliness, space and location (tram is opposite, cafes, restaurants and market close).
The staff needs to be more welcoming and friendly. The employee, Mr. Cris, was extremely rude and disrespectful.
