A great place to stay for in Berlin

It was very quiet and we all slept well. Lots of places to eat nearby.

The only thing that could have been better was the shower. It was a bit small, but everything else was great. Super hot water!

Beautifully decorated apartment for a weekend stay with friends!

Our group of friends stayed in two apartments and had a lovely time. The rooms are clean and have a great decor. The coffee machine was amazing, and very much needed. Check in process was seamless and easy. Would absolutely recommend.

If you like paying for nothing this is the choice for you!

A BIG WARNING! First night, the codes provided did not work so we could not enter the apartment. I got no help what so ever from Unb Dreams side. Just vauge promises "someone will contact you soon". But noone ever called me back. Had to book a Hotel on my own expense at last (Travelld with two kids). After some more hussle with thier customer service they actually called me and had fixed the broken lock. I was promised a refund for the first night and that they should cover my hotel expenses but has gotten absolutely nothing from them.

Good value but it comes with minimal service. We had no telephone number to call for service, just the sketchy app.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Interesting decor.

Poor communication from the staff on important needs. They provide an online app for all communications. We stayed 5 nights. App worked well once, but the rest of our requests went unanswered. Also, there is no place to hang your clothes and there is no kitchen (Booking.com description was not clear on this.) Lastly, every doorway has a curb you have to step over. All of us banged our toes multiple times on them.

Berlin is always worth a visit and Prenzlauer Berg is one of the best areas to stay in.

The location is very chill with a lot of green areas nearby. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and public transport takes you pretty much everywhere within 15-30 minutes.

Apparently, booking.com creates the property description, and in this case, there was a mistake. It said that the property has a kitchen, but it does not. Checking the property details further down, it is clear that there is no kitchen, but the description on the top of the page should not differ in such a significant way from the property details. We were there with two kids, and having no kitchen made it difficult. I want to emphasize, that the Urbndreams staff was not aware of this mismatch, and - once informed - went to great lengths to help us.

Pleasant

The location is good, certainly felt like an experience of living in the neighbourhood rather than being in a hotel. The apartment was clean and the beds comfy.

You need a specific green sticker from the city to be allowed to drive and park within central berlin. This means accessing the hotel and parking is not possible. Instead, you can park outside the low emission zone and walk the approx 15 minutes. The decor of the apartment is dark, making the space feel heavy. But that is just a subjective opinion, other guests have been very happy with the design :) As other reviews point out it is unfortunate that there are not any kitchenette facilities. This would have made the space more amenable to families with young children. The messaging system seemed hit and miss with some messages sent to the host not answered.

Great location and value with room for improved customer service.

Facilities and location were very good.

The app they use for answering questions did not work well. None of my questions were answered directly. Luckily I was able to figure things out on my own. I lost time doing so.
