Well located - easy to stroll into the old town, cafes and the park. Close to the tram stop to access Berlin train. Great breakfast options. Spacious comfortable room.
Lack of separation of smokers for outdoor courtyard eating

The location is brilliant, if you have to park your car other than the hotel and you are parking for the day the charges start at midnight so we stayed for 3 nights but had to pay for 4 days the hotel is a better option for parking if there are spaces. The property is lovely has an amazing courtyard where you can have breakfast or an evening meal.
The wardrobe space is limited if staying for more than one night.
