Wonderful location near the train station and town. Amazing view of Eiger for breakfast and if you get the Eiger facing view. Note- the Eiger facing rooms also face the main street, train station & bus area so it is busy! Great breakfast with a wide variety to choose from. Their restaurant is wonderful and highly recommend making a dinner reservation on the patio. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit on the small size and didn't include many amenities for a 4 star hotel. The spa is a nice addition with dry sauna, wet sauna, infared, steam room. During our visit it was hot and there was no AC in the hotel (which is not unusual). We had to keep our balcony door open which made it very noisy. We would have loved a fan. We mentioned that at check out and they said they offer them by request. Wish we would have known.

Spacious family room, and clean
False advertisement which made it very disappointing. The reason I booked this hotel which was a lot more expensive than others in the area is because they advertised air conditioner in the rooms. This was not the case. There was no A/C available.
