Location - surrounded by nature to relax the mind, with a beautiful view to the lake! Polite and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Lovely room with a balcony. Impeccably clean all over the hotel. Good breakfast and delicious meals at the hotel restaurant.
Walking distance to the outstanding zoo.
Cannot fault anything.

liked the view, comfy beds, quiet location
room is a little bit outdated, breakfast was poor for a 4 star hotel, ac was making horrible noise, restaurant is very expensive. we asked specifically a quiet room and got a room with interconnecting door, and the room was just above the restaurant and lounge (if i sit in the balcony i literally almost can touch the guests in the lounge) and exactly in front of the stairs. it would be fair to say that if i needed to choose the loudest room in the hotel it would be this one. overall for my opinion - not worth the money

Beautiful location friendly staff great breakfast
Unacceptable Airconditioning. Should not advertise AC when it’s not actually AC. Blowing hot air around a room at 27 degrees is not exactly comfortable for 400CHF per night

Nice hotel. Good location.
Rooms were way too hot. Adjusting the AC in room didn't work. Could benefit from a pool.
