Very close to luzern main station. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. Free luzern city bus pass for your stay
No AC so gets hot in the summer. Only portable fans. No lift so have to carry suitcases on the stairs

Easily accessible, very close to Luzern main station and old town. Bus stop right outside the hotel. Free Lucerne city pass and free wifi was great. Restaurants nearby
No AC so it could get pretty hot in summer. There are fans in the room which were ok for us but it could be an issue with other guests. Washroom door didn’t lock which was a little uncomfortable. No elevator so have to climb few stairs with luggage

The hotel is very clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. The street outside is busy and loud, however. It is not the fault of the hotel but it is something that people should be prepared for if they are staying there. Also, the parking is very difficult to get into as the area around the property is very small. Overall, the hotel is as comfortable as it can be given the little space it’s got. They are doing very well with what they have, just know that the space is very tight and is located on a busy street.
