Very satisfying.

You can have every single day fresh and clean bed line. The location of the hotel is perfect, around 15 minutes walk and 5-10’ with the local buses you can arrive at the main train station, where is also the central of Luzern.

Great value, clean, well placed hotel

Samer was absolutely fantastic, calling me ahead of our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed, and during our stay, being incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is well placed to explore Luzern, with the old town being an easy stroll away. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. Recommended!

Mooie kamer, prima voor onze overnachting.

Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en geholpen door Samir bij de receptie. Ook fijn dat de conversatie deels in het Engels kon.

Het parkeren bij het hotel, waaronder hoe te rijden op het terrein, is niet zo duidelijk.

Would stay again, requesting a ground floor room!

Excellent commutable location with a bus stop right outside. Friendly staff, clean property and convenient location.

No lift, and amenities not replenished, cups not replaced.

1) Excellent location, very convenient with both the bus stops opposite the hotel. 2) Welcoming and friendly front desk staff 3) Clean and comfortable

1) Stocked tea/coffee for only 2 people in a room for three adults and did not restock the tea/coffee on day 2 of stay. 2) The shower enclosure in our room required repairs.

Really good.

Great location, in front of the bus stop and near the city center. The room was big and comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful. Good Wi-Fi and free parking.

Didn't have an air conditioner but there was a nice ventilator in the room.

I stayed for one night with my mom and two kids in this hotel, it was perfect everything! the price is very good for Luzern, the hotel is situated 6 min with the bus from the centre or you can walk around 30 min. tickets for bus were included for us the breakfast was good and coffee as well personal is very professional and friendly bus stop directly near a hotel it was a traffic near hotel , but it was not really noisy and we could sleep very well

Exceptional

The rooms were spacious enough, toilets were clean and working, heater was working well. The property owner were very kind to allow us early check in and left luggage after check out for us to explore lucern and mount titlis. The free bus tickets were a bonus. Would surely come again given the chance. Bus stand just in front of the hotel, very very convenient..👍

Great stay!

It was a lovely place to stay, easily accessible by a short bus ride from the centre. Clean and comfortable, the staff were exceptionally helpeful and friendly.

Good commute, nice staff and decent prices

Staff are attentive and friendly. When reporting a noise issue with the guest next door, they resolved the problem on the next day and kept the room empty for one night to ensure the silence.

The noise insulation is not as strong as we thought. The building is wood based so nothing can be easily improved.

Family Friendly Hotel

Everything is clean and the room for us 4 was big with ample space for our stuff. The receptionist was welcoming and very helpful. They let us check in before 3pm.

nothing, the hotel did not have an elevator but the staff were also helpful with our luggage especially since we travel with seniors
