Boa localização fora da confusão e a estação de comboio estava a 3 min para o centro de Lucerna.

De kamer was zeer proper, stil, de bedden waren prima en aan het onthaal werd je vriendelijk onthaald.
Bij het aankomen was de parking van het hotel volzet en moesten we er tegenover gaan parkeren in een publieke garage.
Dat vond ik persoonlijk niet erg veilig.
'S morgens bij het ontbijt liep het compleet in het 100, het brood was op, we moesten wachten tot de volgende voorbakbroodjes er na 15min uitkwamen die dan gelijk weer allemaal op waren, er was geen beleg, de tafels waren allemaal volzet ofwel vuil, we moesten zeker 15 min wachten alvorens we konden starten.
Het is een doorreishotel maar duidelijk niet voorbereid op het aantal gasten.
We zijn dan pas om 10 uur terug aan onze rit kunnen beginnen.... heel jammer en frustrerend.
Jammer want we bezochten dit hotel in mei en het was perfect, we kregen elk een aparte zak met kraakverse broodjes (geen voorbak) en en bord met beleg en dat was top, en beter te organiseren op voorhand, zonder te veel personeel.
Nog een minpunt, volgens mij staat er nergens dat je voor de hond moet bijbetalen, heb daar zeker geen bezwaar tegen maar er was niks voorzien voor een hond, geen drinkwaterbak, geen matje, wat in andere hotels wel het geval is.

Extremely clean and modern, great room and fabulous location opposite a fair-priced supermarket and a stones throw away from S Bahn with 15 min frequency to city centre running very early to very late

La atención del personal, excelente! Todas muy amables y receptivas, la habitación muy cómoda y el desayuno muy variado y rico. El hotel, si bien está alejado, te otorga un pase para el transporte, lo que te deja en el la estación central en menos de 10 minutos. Además en la zona hay un mercado, algunos restaurantes y tiendas.
No hay nada que no me gustara.

Clean and breakfast
The receptionist man was really not polite; first contact: I asked for an umbrella due to the bad weather and the only thing he said (really badly), after putting it on the desk was: “if you don’t take it back I charge you the price”; on the last day I asked as usual (I book all the time by booking.com) the total bill of my stay (I travel every weekend for work and I need it for the factory i work for) and his answer was, without being polite with an ironic smile: “get it on booking.com”…
Conclusion: don’t get how people like these work in the “hotellerie”… you loose clients if you behave in this way and it’s a pity for your structure.

Um dos melhores hotéis que já estivemos.
Só tenho coisas boas a falar.
Os funcionários sempre solícitos e uma estrutura muito boa. O pequeno almoço muito bem servido com uma variedade de alimentos tudo muito gostoso.
Tem estação de trem na e paragem de autocarro na mesma rua. Em 6 minutos apenas estávamos no centro de Lucerna.
Se um dia voltar a Lucerna, me hospedarei neste hotel com certeza!!!

Oda, çarşaflar gayet temizdi, aksi halde bizim için herşey olumsuz olurdu, en çok önem verdiğimiz konudur. Kahvaltı beklentimin üzerindeydi kruvasanşarı harika, ekmekleri taze, sıcak çikolataları ve meyveleri çok güzeldi. Tesisin genel olarak temizliği mmenun etti. Otopark olarak 100mt ileride soldaki genel otoparkı kullandırıyorlar, akşam bıraktık ertesi sabah 9 a kadar 15 frank ödedik, ki genel fiyatlara göre uygundu. Yani 25 frank ödeyeceğimize tesisde kaldığımıDan 10 frank indieim uygulanmış olundu.

Staff behavior, deposit , and far away for the centre, Exactly disappointing stay , the staff was not helpful and friendly. Altought there was only 15 min to check in time they did not help me to going my room. They took from me deposit despite before inform me.

Very nice modern hotel. Front desk representative Rosa and Olga were very professional, showing positive energy all the time. This is a hotel not close to the touristic area in Luzern, but easy access via train to/from the main train station to a stop just two blocks from the hotel. Good breakfasts.
Room size is perfect for single occupancy. Too small for double occupancy, no space enough if you have more than one baggage.

Perfekt als Start Punkt um den Pilatus zu erkunden. Bahnhof und Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Das Parkhaus gegenüber ist super gelegen und die 15 CHF pro Tag wenn man im Hotel übernachtet unschlagbar. Ausserdem hat es einen Migros und einen Mc Donalds (das Kind hat’s gefreut) der in 3 min. zu erreichen ist. Es wurde ausserdem ein ÖV Ticket ausgestellt mit dem man gratis nach Luzern fahren konnte.
Die Zimmer waren modern und sauber. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und ab 6.30 Uhr verfügbar. Alles in allem ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

the location is good with a mini market next door and the mc donald outlet close by. this was a lifesaver sa breakfast was a limited edition repeated nonsense disaster. no warm food. i am astonished how can there be not even fried eggs or sausages or bacon for breakfast.

the room is very samll, and does NOT have a SAFE or a Fridge. So convenient whe u have to leave valuables in the room knowing its quite vulnerable and also if u buy some nice cheese then also you have no fridge to store it in. You need to request the reception and if u happen to check out in an odd hour then be ready to face a grumpy look on whoever has to hunt around in the common fridge to retrieve your pack.
The breakfast is quite sad - no warm stuff; one day my daughter got tummy ache just after breakfast maybe the salad dressing mayonnaise had gone bad - that is what she had eaten while the rest of us had not had it .... it was so scary - almost felt like a disaster especially when u r out sightseeing for the day and the kid gets a tummy cramp !
