Mariam, i must mention, front of the house, very helpful, with excellent customer service skills.
Also i must mention incharge of the breakfast (dont know the name, the one with black shirt and trouser), she is very smiley and would greet every customer, she even did the table service for a a demanding customer with great patience.
nothing in particular

Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choices.
We enjoyed the atmosphere in the breakfast room.

The gym was excellent, they are still brand new. Very quiet surrounding and near to train and bus stations.
You can heat up food from their microwave oven and you can easily ask for ice cubes from helpful staff.
The room has no cabinet to hang clothes and has small bathroom. Did not find any english based programs on TV.

The location was 2 stops away from Luzern town centre. The reception staff was helpful and patient
The rooms were very small and the rooms were not cleaned properly as the floor was dirty with crisps on the floor from the previous guest. Breakfast was ok but not the best.
