We stayed two nights in this hotel, we like this hotel location to old town and train station, very clean, bountiful breakfast, good size room had two fans, plenty of shelves space and long desk, good shower, well trained staff especially the receptionist young lady, she provided the very best customer service with her kindness and patience. One thing this hotel could improve is to update the old bathroom.

The hotel staff was very polite and accommodating. Exceptional service from one of the young female receptionists Umara, if I remember the name.
Also the breakfast variety was very good. Love the selection choices and catering plus the catering staff. For a small hotel the service staff was 5 star. The location was also near the old town within walking distance.
The rooms were really hot to the height of suffocation but the fan was arranged on request. So I couldn't actually complain, it's the building structure and hot weather.

The room was much smaller than shown in the photos. We had booked superior double room but the given room was not that.
