The hotel staff was very polite and accommodating. Exceptional service from one of the young female receptionists Umara, if I remember the name.
Also the breakfast variety was very good. Love the selection choices and catering plus the catering staff. For a small hotel the service staff was 5 star. The location was also near the old town within walking distance.
The rooms were really hot to the height of suffocation but the fan was arranged on request. So I couldn't actually complain, it's the building structure and hot weather.

The hotel is very well situated, near to the old city and the centre, as well as to the bus & train station. The staff was helpful and polite. The breakfast was good.
The room was too small and the furniture painted in grey colour made it to looking even smaller.

The room was much smaller than shown in the photos. We had booked superior double room but the given room was not that.
