It is a very good value for money for a Lucerne stay, in a very quiet area.
The equipements are old but again it is matching the price of the room, so no complaint admitted.

Close to everything we needed. Nice continental breakfast. When we were given our room it was a 3 single bed dorm style. Sharing a toilet and shower located in the hallway with other rooms on the same floor. Thankfully when we tried to open our window, and couldn’t, I reporting to reception. We were then given an upgrade to a better room at no extra cost. Thank goodness.
When we arrived our window would not open and our room was 3 bed form style with shared shower and toilet in the hallway.

The location was perfect, and the complementary breakfast had good selections. We could easily walk to the river and took the bus to mount pilatus
It was not clear in the listing when we booked that there would not be a private bathroom in our room. This was a bit of a shock when we walked into our room and realized we had to use a community bathroom/shower.
