The location is great, the staff is helpful and professional, the room is large and well furnished, the bathroom is great too.
The lift with the heavy door.
The wifi could work better I suppose.
The air conditioning's interface was strange.

Location was excellent, right near the train station & in the old town area - very short quick walk to groceries, cafes, restaurants, zoological clock, bear park, etc. Breakfast comprised fresh fruit (which I love), various pastries & breads, various cheeses & meats, sweet pastries & mini muffins, delicious fresh juices & great coffee. Room was a good size & comfortable.
Air conditioning could have worked a little better to keep us cooler in the heatwave.
