Calm, cosy and comfortable
There was no air conditioning and there was no mesh and insect netting at the windows and a lot of biting insects and so we couldn’t open the windows to enjoy the lovely weather in Bern… this was the only problem with the hotel and if this is done I will rate it 10 out of 10

Comfortable clean rooms, friendly welcome from staff, great location close to public transport.
Everything was good - I’m glad there was a fan in the room as it would have been a bit uncomfortable in hot summer weather.

Convenient where we were driving .
No Aircon and the tiny fan for summer is not enough. Quite dark hotel. Far from restaurants and for what their rates and stars are I quite disagree with it
