Great location the explore Bern.

Great great location from the city center free tram transportation staff was super friendly. Breakfast was outstanding.

Room and bathroom were on the small side but it worked for us.

Cozy place for a short stay

The room is cozy and everything clean. Staffs are friendly. Close to a tram station and within walking distance from the center.

The wifi isn't very stable and the walls are quite thin.

Perfect location and a great hotel would stay again!

The property is perfectly located to pop into the centre of Bern via tram or an easy beautiful short walk over the river! The hotel was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful and we took our dog too who got some complimentary treats during the stay!

Good choice for business trips & helpful staff

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was small but very clean with a comfortable bed and well equipped (kettle, coffee, tea, hair dryer). There is a very good working internet and there is a desk in the room, so you can work comfortably if you need to. The staff is very kind, at midnight they saved me with a plug adapter!

I can't think of any real inconvenience. Breakfast could be a bit more varied (more vegan options). There is a nice station at the entrance to the hotel with a coffee machine - this is great but you might consider 'traditional' cups instead of disposable paper cups.

Superb

The hotel is in walking distance from the Old Town of Bern, it took us less than10 minutes. You could also take the public transportation for which you will receive free tickets. The staff is very friendly. There is parking available at a reasonable cost. The room was very comfortable (although we booked the cheapest option). A nice touch was the coffee and tea facility in the lobby. The area is very quiet, but there are restaurants and cafe's in walking distance.

We were very impressed with the hotel!

3 tram stops away from the train station, very convenient. Bell staff VERY helpful in getting us started on our exploration of Bern and good restaurant recommendations!

The breakfast included was ok.

Staff was nice, hotel was clean.

Parking garage lift was broken. The room was very small - had to move furniture to easily walk through room, suitcase had to be placed in floor in front of door to open as there was no other room available. First picture see in ad is NOT the hotel.

Superb

Great breakfast, good location. Superior rooms are a good value - not much more than standard but much bigger and airier.

Rooms were often hot. Think most of Switzerland is going to have to get air conditioning with global warming.

Good place to stay if you want to explore centre of Bern but looking for a quite Hotel for the night

The Staff and Breakfast made the best impression of the hotel. The hotel has a good location and quiet room.

The size of the room was a bit small, but I can understand it because I traveled alone.

The room was adequate in space and the breakfast menu was better than many around Bern.
