Great personal very friendly , breakfast is very good and diverse theres a little shop and a bar at the evenings
The room doesn’t have no kitchenware, kettle or any tableware and you cant dine in the lobby as says “no picnic” sign everywhere,
And A/C isn’t cold wind at all so all our stay we were with open windows( theres train garage nearby that sometimes could hear it in the morning , but wasn’t that bad)

Helpful staff. I wanted to give credit to Nora who helped us navigate Bern. Kudos to Nora! Other staff are very friendly too 😀
Ibis can afford to provide 1 extra pillow which they don't. 😆

Breakfast was very good, the hotel and rooms were clean and we had water available at every floor. The location is very good, a 20 minutes walk from city centre and just two train stops.
The rooms were very basic.

Breakfast was good.
When I booked, it said superior room. Unfortunately the room was very small as double room. You can open luggage properly. There is no cupboard or wardrobe. I asked to reception about the room. They said the standard room is superior room. No tea & coffee or kettle ( basics).
