The location was very good, being adjacent to the Bahnhof, and the complementary free travel pass across Bern was very kind to be provided as well. The Wi-Fi was consistently strong, and the staff were very respectful and patient.
Unfortunately in our room multiple things did not work - numerous outlets failed to work, and the fan was weak as well, which was problematic as it was sweltering in Bern at the time. One of our kettles did not work too, making morning coffee a little difficult, even though we had two rooms.

The location
We were booked on the top floor directly under the roof in the heatwave in a room without AC, with a heating fridge and no air circulation. Couldn’t sleep at all despite the fan they offered and having an open window all night long.
