Modern and clean. Beautiful unit and space, and a nice balcony during sunny day. With all the things i need for cooking. The fan is a plus the bedding is comfortable. There is a rooftop bar for good view and nice cocktail in the sunny afternoon/evening.
There is no staff on site during weekend so if you are arriving on Saturday or Sunday without proper communication earlier you could be lost and confused, especially if you don’t have a working phone in Europe as they don’t have WhatsApp or other means of communication available unless you notify them in the first place.
They advertised they had laundry service but it’s not in the unit but for them to wash it for you for 40chf and bring them back. so it was not that clear.

Ponto positivo: Espaço novo, moderno, extremamente limpo. Silencioso. Tem parada de ônibus perto e em poucos minutos chega ao centro.
Ponto negativo: para pessoas sem
Internet o tempo todo pode ser ruim, pois o acesso ao prédio é todo feito pelo celular.

Excellent location. 15 minutes from centre by bus but the buses are very frequent and all transport is free with the Bern Transport Pass you get free with any hotel accommodation.
Only small cups for coffee, only 3 pillows for 2 people, only 3 coffee pods for 2 people for 2 days

Posizione vicino al centro
Partiamo dal check in, tutto in tedesco e tutto in digitale. Per la mia famiglia che ha una certa età è stato molto complicato. Ad accoglierci nessuno, quindi se hai un problema affari tuoi. Abbiamo chiesto informazioni ad un barista perché non riuscivamo a scaricare nello stesso smartphone le chiavi digitali di due camere diverse, barista altamente indisponente e maleducato.
In 4 notti mai un cambio di asciugamani.
Al bagno il pavimento della doccia è scivoloso, il mio compagno è caduto facendosi male.
Mentre fai la doccia la luce si spegne e sei costretto a uscire dalla doccia per farla riaccendere.
Letti tutti scomodi.
Il soffitto delle camere non è nemmeno intonacato, vista cemento armato.
Il prezzo giusto per questo alloggio sarebbe 20 euro al giorno e sto esagerando, invece un prezzo alto del tutto ingiustificato.
Non ci tornerei e non lo consiglierei.
Ieri a mezzogiorno qualcuno mi chiamava probabilmente perché voleva appurare che avevamo sloggiato, strano perché all'arrivo nessuno ci ha chiamato per sapere se era tutto ok mentre hanno avuto la premura di chiamare per chiederci di andarcene.
