This was by far our favorite place to stay out of four different hotels in Switzerland.. The staff at Nydeck were very welcoming and accommodating. The room was artfully decorated, including a beautiful live edge table. We especially enjoyed breakfast hospitality. The server was quite kind, the food was delicious, and the espressos were unlimited.

Breakfast average, beds comfy, location ok.
The room I booked months ago was not what I was given. I ended up in the attic on the 4th floor. I am 61 and my wife 58, we had to drag our luggage 20kg each up the stairs with no help. Everyday we had to decend and climb 4 flights of stairs to the room. Younger guests were on the 1st to 3rd floor, no elevator.When asked if I can be moved as this is not what I booked online (photo) I was told online photos is just a quide and I get what is allocated to me.
