Location. Room quiet, airy and comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast.
Check-in process is poorly explained in the booking emails and the software is difficult to negotiate. Also didn't work for some people I tried to help

Hotel staff was very nice with service mind. Breakfast was good good location.
The heater was broken but the staff changed to the new room for us

Good location and the rooms are spacious.
Eventually we changed room to a ground floor room where we had a few degrees less.
The room was an oven, really really hot. They shouldn't rent an under-the-roof room, when they know without AC in this heatwave, it would be impossible to be inside.
The lift wasn't working.
