I like the location it’s perfect in the Mall and the views of the rooms are calming, The staff are excellent in front desk and restaurant , I like the cleanliness of the hotel and the parking place is convenient
Really i didn’t like the bread in the breakfast its too hard all the different kinds of bread are hard, we had to eat croissants instead ,the rest of breakfast is great , the laundry took few days to finish , but i will still come back to the hotel hoping for the bread to be softer next time

Clean and great location next to the train station and in a shopping center with many restaurants and Aquapark.
It says on booking.com that the hotel has a pool (indoor and outdoor pools listed under "Facilities of Holiday Inn Bern Westside by IHG") and the pictures of the hotel include pictures of a pool. However the hotel does not have a pool. Bern Aquapark (for which you pay separately) is a short walk from the hotel but that should be listed under activities nearby. Kids were disappointed when we arrived and they wanted to quickly jump in the pool and we were told the hotel actually does not have a pool.
