It was good for the price, and beds were comfortable, room was spacious. The room was clean, and the check-in check-out process is automated.
The location is not in the city you got to take a bus, and it was a mental limitation in our mind to catch the bus each night. and there was no AC in the room.

The rooms are clean and there is an Aldi nearby. Personal is friendly.
This was our fourth stay at Los Lorentes and the 3th time that the fire alarm went off during our stay. This was the second time this happend during the evening while our kid was asleep. This happens because guests don’t pay attention while making meals. The hotel has added fines for triggering the alarm, but this hasn’t worked this time.
The room was hot because of the heatwave, so I wished it had A/C (but this can be a Swiss thing).
Personal doesn’t feel approachable (they are however).

I understand it’s a budget hotel, but no staff at night to fix issues could lead to problems for the guest. Luckily you can reach out on them by phone.
The check-in, parking (got recommend somewhere outside where the walls were full of graffiti..)
