Excellent service in an excellent location

The location was excellent as well as the amenities for adults. The Wellness center offered everything you could want after a long day in nature. The open hours for the Wellness center were shorter than one would expect. The SportHotel was lacking in amenities for children, however there was an offer for a discounted rate for a family pool a short walk from the hotel. The discounted rate to rent ebikes directly from the hotel was a pleasant surprise as well as the Swiss pass for transportation on the rail, bus, and ski lifts. The breakfast had many offerings and everything was very tasty. The restaurant SportStübli had excellent meals. The SportHütta's food was mediocre and I did not prefer to eat there again. The room was very spacious and clean. The mountain view from the room was very pleasant. The bed however left me with a stiff back. When I asked the staff if there was anything we can do, they offered to flip the bed from firm to a softer mattress. Overall staff was very friendly and always offered a lending hand.

Short hours for the Wellness center to be open, the spa tub did not work at all during our multi day stay. No amenities for children. The mattress was not comfortable after a few days. The SportHütta's food was bland and the offerings were limited.

Superb

Breakfast starts early (7 am) with a great buffet. The option to eat breakfast at Alp Languard is cool. Good food available for dinner. Bike storage and cleaning station very useful. Location of the hotel is great. The Engadin Card with public transports and cablecars was included. We never used the car to go anywhere and we payed 26.- instead of 105.- for all day bike tickets up to Piz Nair!

We didn't like the soft bed and pillows. Parking costs extra. There could always be more space for storing (sports) clothes in the room.

One of the best hotel in Graubunden

The staff is just some of the best you can find in Switzerland. Amazing breakfast buffet. Incredible spa facilities and convenient parking area.

There's nothing at all to not like here.

Great Place to stay in Potresina / Engadin. To be repeated with pleasure

Location, architecture&decoration, food, incl breakfast buffet, first hotel open in Potresina in early summer season

Storage room for bicycles tight in view of the many guests coming with/using bicycles

The hotel was beautiful and the furnishings were very tasteful. Our room was immaculately clean, as were the lobby, bar, and restaurant.

We loved the room The spa and the view were beautiful

Some people of the staff are not customer oriented. They pretend not to speak Italian and not to understand Italian, but It Is not true. Actually they did not take care of customers because of this and for a 4 stars hotel this Is absolutely intolerable. We expected a Better service We expected a Better/richer breakfast too. Customers should be the most important thing

Many pieces that up to an exceptional place to stay in an exception part of the world

My wife made the reservations, so I wasn't thinking much about the breakfast that they were going to serve. It was the best breakfast setups that I experienced. Everything was exceptional but not fussy.

I ran out of room on the what I liked section - they had lockers for putting stuff in (lots of room) so you could check out but still experience the wonders without worrying about your luggage/backpacks

Center location on the main street. Spacious parking spaces, though quite a walk to the hotel.

I felt unwelcome starting from the check in, on the breakfasts and all the way till we left. Also, if the final bill at check-out surprises your guest, you are doing it wrong.

Amazing stay in Pontresina

The staff were very welcoming and professional. There was a shuttle bus that pick us up and drop us off at the train station. The ambiance and layout of hotel was fantastic. The restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing - food was delicious.

The indoor spa was a bit small, and could be cleaner, the hammam room didn’t work

Fantastic Hotel kept spotless and with all facilities and logistics. Swiss Hotel at its best. I would recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a clean, fabulous experience in a Swiss fashion. Thank you for your hospitality.

Wonderful vacation

Classic and comfortable property in Pontresina, a convenient and attractive town to explore Engadine. Excellent hospitality for a larger hotel. Loved “street market evening” on Thursday.

A very nice hotel in a beautiful area. We'll definitely come back! :)

Breakfast was very good with many local products. As we were travelling with our dog (who joined us for breakfast), a table in a separate room was prepared for us so we could have breakfast in peace. The room was very spacious (Arvenzimmer) with a very comfortable reading chair. For the dog, we received a blanket, two water bowls and a snack. The information for the closest animal hospital was also included.

The toilet in our room did not smell very clean (urine scale?) and the toilet seat was not well adjusted.

Very good

I would give this hotel 4 Stars. But I think its better to be an outstanding 3* than an „ok“. 4 *. The rooms are very spacious, the staff is extremely professional and friendly, great parking facilities especially for electric cars. I had no time to try the spa :( .

Scrambled eggs at the breakfast were not to my taste.
