Hotel Fex had the policy of compulsory half board. The food unfortunately was not directed to healthy eating.... albeit it was "4 course"...no raw greens or salads... soggy risotto...no vegetable soup.... What a shame that such a beautiful lovely hotel in an outstanding valley has a "chef" who needs to think deeply about healthy food when customers have no choice... and price of room includes everything meal at ChF200 per person...
As explained the compulsory half board on a set menu which excluded any aspect of healthy eating, raw vegetables, salads etc

Unfassbar schöne Lage, herzliche Mitarbeiter (vom Fahrer über Kellner bis zum Chef), charmante individuelle und sehr gepflegte Ausstattung. Toll für Erwachsene, Kinder, trainierte und untrainierte Wanderer. Die Nähe zu Sils ist auch von Vorteil. Fahrservice von/nach Sils funktioniert einwandfrei. Ein Sehnsuchtsort!
