Very good room with good facilities, even a walk in closet. Lovely staff across all departments. Special mention for Rhut in housekeeping team (Portuguese lady, very unique name). Great views and services offered by the hotel. Always patient and helpful, like with engadin card information.
And we reached in middle of peak fall season, amazing colors everywhere! Missed snow by one day but that was fine.
The bathroom door didn’t have any lock which was weird. But we managed, and our little daughter understood the situation and never tried to barge in :)

Very good breakfast, with a nice view and well organized service. Great views, nice swimming pool and outdoor and indoor parking :)
Coffe in the breakfast could be a bit better, and an omelette :) Overall 4.5 out of 5.0

Very ornate and opulent feel. Great location and accommodating staff.
The room I had wasn’t great. It was good sizing but felt like something out of communist Russia. Horrific red carpet and the furniture must have also been from a similar era. Real shame as the hotel looked great elsewhere and the location was good.
