I really enjoyed the excellent location and appreciated that the manager personally arranged a room change for me.
What I didn’t like was that some rooms are completely outdated and in need of renovation. The attitude of some staff members felt slightly arrogant and distant, and it seemed that unless you were considered a top-tier guest, you didn’t receive the same level of attention or personalized service.

This is a splendid property, where the service was great, the location spectacular, the food excellent. Every member of the staff was extremely nice. Wonderful breakfast, and fantastic spa. Access to the Corviglia mountain side was very convenient with the chair lift walking distance from the hotel (lift and public transportation passes were included in the price of the room)

We went to celebrate new year eve with our family we had confirm the table for the gala dinner and when we went there they couldn't find our reservation and they arranged for us a table near the kitchen paying 700ChF per person which is unacceptable and ruined our mood for the new year as this was the reason we went there.
Hotel was overpriced as it doesn't give you nothing for the price as you pay a lot and expectations are higher we paid 2200 chf per night. We had some small mosquitos in our room as well. The tv in one of our rooms didn't work. However the manager was really nice as he said to us a lot of times sorry for the inconvenience and he greeted us on our way to check out and gave us also a gift from the hotel.
