Hotel has a restaurant, very good food and staff. We walked around Lake St. Moritz, The scenery is beautiful. Hotel has a shuttle service to the train station.
Technology is not one of my strength, the check in had to be done via a tablet, had to do your own hotel keys. For the young tourists the technology is great, but also have to think about the population that is not UpToDate on all the technology. Thank God I travelled with my son so he did the check in and obtained the keys. Besides the new check in technology, our stay was pleasant. There was not a live person in the front desk.

位置很好，有公車可以到
有電梯，樓下有餐廳，早餐也是在這用餐
有鮭魚、起司、優格等冷盤，也有水煮蛋、麵包等等環境整潔舒適，連住兩晚以上也有送纜車票
入住當日是我的生日，人員很貼心
有送巧克力的小禮物祝福，還有免費調酒券
有車站的免費接駁車（需要先預約！）
Check out後對於需要推著大行李移動的我們，真的很方便！
櫃檯沒有人….等了很久才說是自助check in
機器摸索很久，才說使用booking.com預訂的旅客
要到附近的飯店check in（步行3分鐘左右）
如果有告示牌的話就不會浪費太多時間了
有遇到房卡突然不能使用
還需要再跑去另一間飯店幫忙處理的情況
如果趕時間的話，真的會讓人感到崩潰🥲
