Lovely stay

Location that is near the funicular, restaurants and shops. Love the spa with jacuzzi with a great view of the town and lake. Lovely breakfast.

Ski room is a bit cramp

Excellent service , accommodating and helpful staff, loved the chocolates on the pillows!

The breakfast was sufficient with a good variety.

I would like to suggest having the breakfast on the 6th floor maybe at sky bar to enjoy the beautiful views rather than its current location as it is too dark and dull

Beautiful Service!

Amazing service from pickup at the train station to shuttle service back after checkout! The front-desk team were all friendly and engaging. Thank you for the surprise upgrade ☺️

Nothing. I didn’t get to use the spa which had a nice overlooking view but that’s coz we didn’t stay longer. I will next time ☺️

breakfast, free shuttle to the train station, very friendly and helpful staff, who assisted us with booking ski lessons, guaranteed our ski passes with a discount, and also the ski equipment rental with discount. Everything was perfect. Rooftop Bar is just amazing.

A great hotel in St Moritz in the central sightseeing & shopping area and close to train station

The hotel is centrally located in the sightseeing and shopping area and is only minutes on foot via the escalator from the train station. It was fully renovated with all modern conveniences. The room was spacious, with comfortable temperature. The bed was wide and comfortable and the bathroom was good. The breakfast was good to different tastes and diets. The reception was very helpful and resolved my problem with the room guaranty deposit, when my credit card refused to work.

My stay was short but great! I have no comments, what should be improved..

Bathroom too small in particular the bath was almost impossible to get out of. bed/matress was slanted and therefore difficult to sleep. Church bells followed by noisy persons up to 2am made it difficult to sleep TV not able to re-position for watching from bed! I was charged almost £150 more per day than booking .com quoted which was held until the end of July.

Stay in the very center of St Moritz, enjoy skiing!!!

Nice room size, lot of storage space for clothing Very comfy bed and high quality linen Super central location, restaurants very close Nice Sauna with a magnificent view in 6.th floor Nice Sky Bar with an excellent view Ski-room Ski-train is pretty close to the hotel, short walk

WiFi in my room 103 was very slow and unreliable, practically unusable. I had to use super expensive Swiss data plan / roaming
