The views from the pool area, terrace and the room was spectacular. I love how I was greeted and helped starting with the front desk and the valet crew as well as the service crew at the breakfast session. The hotel has a pleasant dining hall also with great views of the mountain and lake area which is breathtaking. I had a relaxing spa session which is highly recommended.
Breakfast was just ok nothing special considering the price range and the 5 star status.

stunning property with views on the lake. very nice and comfortable furnishings. personnel was amazing, they sent me a birthday cake for breakfast. excellent gluten free options at breakfast.
coffee machine not working, suggesting maintenance probably needed. also heating system impossible to turn down, had to sleep with open window. finally due to seasonal closing the spa and pool were basically closed on Sunday, which was a pity.
