We liked the design and the cleanliness of the room.
The restaurant’s staff were not friendly and the breakfast options were so limited.

Hotel with a history, very well maintained, beautiful exterior and interior.
Great location and amazing view outside the window.
Breakfast was in the beautiful Imperial hall, such a luxurious feeling - was tasty and plenty.
Nice to also have an option for dinner in the hotel's pizzeria.
Hotel has limited parking options, so we had to park further away, but was still free of charge.
Had a feeling that we got a smaller room than we booked, but it was still beautiful and quiet.

We were allocated a great room, great shower and bath, parking was also easy and location was in walking distance to everywhere. The front office manager, Francesco was very welcoming (100% marks) and helpful on our arrival. We did not have a convertor plug ( UK/EU) which the hotel provided us with a solution with no fuss.
Our only negative was that the hot breakfast was not hot which we advised the lady on duty who was not receptive of this feedback which was unfortunate otherwise it was a perfect stay.
