Great hotel, good location, excellent staff, excellent breakfast, clean, well maintained, easy public transportation to the city, train station and to several teleferic. I definitely would stay there again.
We were in room 243, everything was excellent, a few things to improve. Bathtub looks brand new, however it is very slippery, a protection to avoid accident must be evaluated and applied. Refrigerator is under the table with a very difficult access, specially for old people, relocate it to a better place will be a big plus, finally, there are no many out let in the room and the only one available is inside of the closet with a very difficult access, I suggest to install an electrical extension to make it easy to use. I hope the management can approve these upgrades.

What a treasure right next to the river . Staff were helpful and kind, everything was clean and I enjoyed the old school feel of the Hotel. Their breakfasts were delicious as well. A great value for any guest considering you in St. Moritz!

- Nice typical Alpine style hotel.
- Excellent location. Only 5-7 min walk to the lake. Easy to find and easy to set off from to explore the area.
- Free parking.
- Very clean.
- The room was very comfortable.
- Staff were nice and courteous.
- Decent value for money for St Moritz.
- The Swiss sockets. Would have been nice to have at least one adapter or some USB ports.
- The shower cubicle is the smallest I ever tried đ
. Good luck with it if your BMI is > 25.
- Breakfast was very basic but the coffee was good. I did not try the dinner.
