Four friends doing the Engadin ski marathon. Stay 11-14/3 2022
I booked one room for 2 persons 07032022, My brother gave the hotel a call and booked and payed another room the 08032022,
9/3 He got covid and could not go there. I called the hotel and asked if it was cheaper for us to take one room for 3 persons and cancel the other two. Hotel said yes and booked room for three.10/3 the hotel denies my brother a refund, althougt they could rent out the two double rooms, the three of us guys were jammed in one room, one of us in a childrens bed. OK, but not to pay for another room, we did not use. Hotel tells us to claim the insurance company of my brother.
