I had a wonderful experience at radisson blu doha, thanks to Arif at the reception. He was extremely welcoming, professional, and helpful from the moment I arrived. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service made the whole stay more comfortable and enjoyable. He handled everything smoothly and always greeted guests with a smile. Truly appreciated the hospitality and positive energy. Highly recommended!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, even early morning hours. They really do their best to accommodate you and make you feel comfortable.
Towels where missing in the room and didn't like bothering as I had a very late check-in, but they still helped with a smile.

On the positive side, the food was acceptable, the room service was very good, and the room view was excellent.
First, the security staff behavior was unacceptable. We are a family of five, and our car was properly registered, yet every time we left and returned to the hotel, we were stopped and treated in an unprofessional and rude manner. Even during checkout, despite completing the process at reception, security stopped us again and made us wait while they rechecked the room. This was unnecessary and poorly handled.
Second, the service quality needs improvement. Although the hotel advertises heated swimming pools, the water was very cold — not suitable for children. When I raised this concern, the response from the staff was dismissive and rude instead of helpful.
Regarding the beach, it is rocky and lacks any proper setup or activities compared to other hotels. The pools also lacked atmosphere, with no music or entertainment, making the environment feel dull.
