Toilets were smelling bad with flying insects, more on that so many items are missing such as sleepers. The worst was we got an agreement from night shift receptionist to check out late at 2 PM however when we came back to enter the room the card was deactivated and we requested to activate but the receptionist refused and claimed that we have to check out max by 13:30. We been escorted by a helper to open the room and remove our luggage’s which was unprofessional and not the way expected from such name of chain of hotels.
Sure it will not be repeated again.
