I love everything, the people are amazing, everything is clean, the rooms are very clean and beautiful. For me everything went very well

we did not have the breakfast with the hotel
beds were nice but no staff after 6:00 pm
We had requested parking space when made booking but when arrived no
staff after 6:00
we parked in the street by hotel. Got a parking ticket next morning for 25.00 euros
we emailed hotel thru booking.com and told them this
their reply was we should have looked at signs
we told them we did pay that night and had rquested a parking space at their hotel
for 8 euros. No reply on that. We also asked for a credit due to parking ticket and no reply
just that we should read parking signs
only curtain in window facing street. No shade or shutters. Light coming into room very
early around 5:30 am made sleep not good
