The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. The only downside for me was the connection to and from the airport. If you have a car, no problem. However, the Mobility connector to the airport was not fully explained, and the driver of the bus definitely was not a people person. There is only one drop off. So we had to get out at the wrong terminal. No problem if I had known that ahead of time. Wish the hotel would be located closer to the airport. And/or it should be explained before booking that one needs to use a cab for more convenient transportation.

The stay was amazing! The front desk at night and in the morning were AMAZING! Beyond helpful with anything and everything! Yall have an amazing team!

So appreciated the friendly service and attention at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was terrific! I will choose to stay here every time I need to come in and out of Munich.
