Wifi didn’t work in the room

We were delayed due to air traffic control problems. Booked on line from the airport and was at the hotel 20 minutes later. Friendly welcome and.excellent service. Breakfast had plenty of choice

Nothing you complain about or not like

We were allowed to check in early (11am) for just an additional 15euro, which was nice because we flew from SFO and had to put our bikes together. I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport, reasonably priced and they agree to store our bike boxes when we cycled in Austria and Italy. The staff was wonderful and so was the breakfast.

The room I stayed in was tidy and clean. The hotel is close to the airport and very close to the bus stop, making it a good option for a short stay of one or two nights if you have a long layover. The reception staff were helpful and allowed me to extend my check-out time until 1:30 PM. The shuttle service cost 13€

The only thing that really bothered me about my stay was the shuttle service. Unfortunately, the driver who took me to the airport was a rude and discriminatory . He smelled absolutely awful you could smell him from the end of the street. I paid for the shuttle just like every other passenger. As soon as I came down to the hotel lobby, he went straight to the car, opened the front passenger door, and rudely ordered me to sit next to him. His excuse was that three other passengers would be joining us later and that they had to sit in the back while I had to sit in the front with him. I refused and insisted on sitting in the back because I saw absolutely no reason why he should force me to sit next to him in the front. Other passenger can simply sit next to him! He started saying repeatedly to convince me to sit next to him, “I’m Muslim like you, it’s okay!” as if that had anything to do with where I chose to sit. Then, when the other three passengers arrived—two men and a woman—the driver apologized to one of the men and very politely asked him to sit in the front! He treated them with politeness and respect, while he remained angry and rude toward me. Even when he dropped me off at the airport, he behaved as if he was trying to rush me out of the car. He forcefully opened the door and said, “We’re here,” He dropped me off at the correct entrance but pointed toward another entrance that was quite far away, telling me that was my entrance, which made me walk an unnecessary distance with my luggage. His behavior toward me was extremely disrespectful and discriminatory, and it was the only thing that negatively affected my stay.
