Basic but pleasant, good location.

The location was great and there was lots of storage space in the room. The shower was good and I appreciated having a coffee machine and fridge.

The light switch by the bed didn't work. The curtains didn't cover the window fully. It would have been good if I was given a clean coffee cup when the housekeeper came in.

Highly recommend Hotel

The room was very clean, warm, and spacious with a big wardrobe and quite big fridge. In addition there’s a kitchen fully furnished. It’s a very quite neighborhood beside the hotel is close to a main road. The hotel is in a short walking distance to the city center it’s about 20 minutes.

No reception at all, so if something happen or someone needs anything I don’t know who you can contact.

Excellent location, great accommodation for business and tourist visits

Great location, very close to city centre, clean room, comfortable bed, coffee machine in the room, lots of storage space. Washing machine and dryer available, big kitchen with dinner table. Great value for the price.

There is no reception, you’ll need the code you get before check-in every time you return to the hotel.

Great value for money

The hotel has a great location and is very convenient if you’d like to explore Vienna. It is kept very clean, check in and check out are self-served and super easy!

The only thing we were missing is air conditioner. :(

Straightforward room and check-in process.

My floor was not clean, there was hair and dust balls gathered in a corner, and they had no iron (not great if you're in town for work).

the kitchen area, spacious room

the self-check-in, I had problems both at check-in, THE CODE WOULD NOT WORK, HAD TO CALL, and wait for a long time and the same for check out, plus it was an international call for me and had to pay roaming for it, would be better to have a phone there or a fee collector tool.

Good choice for staying overnight

Clean and comfortable room, easy to access, nice restaurants close by

Room situated next to a busy street with trams, windows did not really isolate the noise.

Very good

Room was small but clean and comfortable, a few bars ,restaurants within walking distance.

It was hard to find ,position wasn't great had to walk to most of the interesting sites around the city,

Decent place to stay at if travelling on a budget, and want to be in the centre.

The location was great, station just outside to get a tram, underground nearby as well. it was really easy to get to main tourist attractions from there as well. It was very clean as well 👍🏻

The walls are paper thin, we had to listen to a person next door snoring the whole night. We were also able to hear them shower, pr flush the toilet. On our last day, I suppose some works were being done in the place, so they were drilling something, and that started at 8:20 AM. Not a good timing at all!!

It has not lift and there were not less than 60 steps. With a bag, heavy or not it was very inconvenient

THERE WAS NO LIFT., AND THERE WERE TOO MANY STEPS. VERY DIFFICLT TO BRING UP AND DOWN THE BAG (OR BAGS), SPECIALLY FOR A 75 YRS OLD LADY, AND EVEN FOR ALL AGES SUGGESTION: PLACE A HAIR DRYER IN THE TOILET

during check out and access to support was horrible, my son stayed in your hotel, while he was suppose to leave the keys he did not have the PIN code of the box, ı sent text message through booking.com, called the number and no return, lucklity a at certain point, a housekeeper was there and helped my son to leave the keys!

Great location, good showers, clean, but feels like a youth hostel.

Great location, clean, excellent powerful shower. Apples and a croissant left in the room for breakfast.

Lino floors, it feels like a youth hostel with private rooms.
