Location was awesome! Breakfast was good and staff was very nice. Room was nice size with very modern bathroom.
Could not connect with any registration/management staff on site. Not a big deal but could be for someone else

The staff was very nice, welcoming, helpful. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, museums. The breakfast had a nice selection with fresh fruit, bread, cheese, coffee. The bathroom in my room was renovated, clean, modern.
The room felt very closed in with old, dark furniture. It felt like a dorm room. Vienna was very hot this summer and the room didn't have air conditioning (although they provided a fan). Even though I didn't spend a lot of time during the day in the room, it was not a room that I liked to come back to at night. It felt overpriced for the level of comfort.
