Das Hotel ist in einer wunderschönen Umgebung von Natur, direkt am Fichtelberg. Das positive sind für mich, dass man konstenlos, direkt am Hotel parken kann, es bestehen ausreichend Parkplätze für alle Gäste, natürlich auch eine E-Ladestation. Das Hotel hat ein schönes Wellness Bereich, wunderschönes Restaurant. Das Personal kümmert sich professionell und sehr freundlich um alle Gäste.

Mir persönlich hat Nichts gefehlt, für die Zukunft wäre es schön ein Fitnessraum zu planen.

Weren’t able to have dinner, as the restaurant was full. Staff didn’t offer to at least have drinks while we wait for the table. Also no hot drinks after 9pm
