Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist sehr schön. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und toll eingerichtet.
Der Service war sehr schlecht. Die Rezeption war nur sporadisch besetzt und auch durch das Telefon nicht erreichbar. Die Küchenzeile und der Fußboden davor waren verdreckt. Wir haben den Zustand bei der Rezeption gemeldet, es wurde aber keine Abhilfe geschaffen oder anderweitig darauf reagiert. Beim Frühstück gab es bereits um 9.15 Uhr kein gekochtes Ei mehr (die Frühstückszeit ging bis 11 Uhr), auch sonst wurden Lebensmittel vom Bufett und Geschirr nur sehr spät bzw. gar nicht nachgelegt.
