Maybe the cost was a little too high for the stay but I think that’s justifiable in Dubai.

The room was very clean and I enjoyed the service provided. They had twice per day cleaning routine which I thought it was excellent service.
The think the choices for food should be better, specifically if are staying there for 5 nights.

The property was fantastic it was was very comfortable and great location. was great close to everything: dubai mall was 5 to 10 min car ride . Museum of the future goes through the hotel . This is was great as we were traveling with our 5 and half month baby. Good size rooms comfortable stay and housekeeping were amazing.
The service is a total let down and wasn’t good at all and that’s the reason I wouldn’t come back. A week before we got to the hotel they contacted us to see what we needed for a comfortable stay we said we needed a baby crib, bottle warmer and sterilizer and it was confirmed that it would be done and ready . The day we arrived we got in at 11ish pm went to the room and nothing was ready we ended up getting the crib and bottle warmer at 1 am after making noise and sterilizer that they confirmed they said wasn’t available. We complained and somehow they got one. So ready a great start to the stay
The reception and concierge and mostly all the staff aside from bellboys and housekeeping all the other staff would talk to you as if they were doing you a favour or you are disturbing them . It wasn’t a warm feeling or welcoming feeling at the hotel. I addressed the same to the hotel before I left .
We felt none of the staff were really welcoming and friendly. I have stayed in five star hotel across the world and I thought this would have been exceptional but to the contrary.
Maybe I guess they are welcoming and friendly to whom they think is worth it not to all guests.
