Location, vibes , clean room with great view overlooking both Shiekh Zayed Rd and Mohamed bin Rashed boulevard, great selections of food in the BF restaurant, comfortable beds, staff are friendly easy access to Dubai mall.
Some noise comes from the hallway when people are talking outside

Location
Room was good but not worth the money, it’s a Kempinski so expected nicer. Staff not helpful. Only restaurant/bar was not part of the hotel called WhooHoo and it was not nice. Breakfast was mostly cold for hot items. Have stayed at much nicer Kempinski hotels.

Clean room and nice common areas.
The hotel is poor value. It is also badly managed and has been since it stopped being an Address. I had been a loyal customer but will not return. Under the new set up no one is able to make decisions about even simple things, and ultimately you get a 'computer says no' answer after the question gets bounced around. I'd recommend to check your booking details very carefully before proceeding - I had missed one box and it cost me over $1000.
