House keeping is so annoying throughout my stay.
They came in the room without asking by their key and this is the violation of privacy.
I m not happy about this. But overall staff and everyone is very helpful and welcoming.
They gave us complimentary cake for happy holidays.. and its so sweet of them.

Very convenient location for access to Dubai Mall. Comfortable room.
Normal buffet breakfast not available. Alternative breakfast in lobby cafe is a poor substitute. Food is below average and service is worse.
