Location, cleaning, some services and solving problems.
I didn’t like whom room services ignored me once I request below and extra bed for one complete day.

Near dubai mall
Cleaning service really needed work, one day we left at 9
Am and when we returned at 4 the room was just being cleaned. The common areas had trash that was there for days. Only when we complained was this dealt with.
