Great bicycle storage, and a really funky room on the top floor. Amazing breakfast.
It was a bit noisy with lots of outside people, but it did quiet down by 11pm.

swimming pool and wellness area are great, breakfasts are good too, facilities are clean and comfortable. parking place is in an underground garage (which is nice in case of snowfall). pretty close to ski lift
not specifically the problem of the hotel - Zell am See Süd doesn‘t have that many restaurants. there is however a train station that is really close to hotel, that takes you to ‘main’ part of Zell am See

Location, great breakfast and dinner, great pool and spa, comfortable room.
The stuff, especially the guy in the reception that kicked us out at 8:30 in the morning because he had new customers coming in.

The half board makes staying easy. Pool area is nice. Ski lift tickets available at the reception.
The room has a quite bad smell. When there's little snow working ski lift is not near.
