The staff are very friendly, and SPA is really good (3 different saunas, 1 silent room, and 1 blue box for relaxation). The hotel room is big and we can see the mountains directly. Also the small balcony and outdoor swimming pool are very lovely.
The breakfast is very delicious and served really well, but I hope it can be a little bit cheaper

No fans available in such hot weather. We were given only one small fan whereas we booked two room apartment. It was 35 degree and hotel wasn’t prepared to cater for facility such as table fans for its guests

The hotel is well located, reasonably priced, and acceptably clean.
I booked a two-bedroom suite with a living room and only one bathroom. There was no air conditioning, and I found several insects inside the hotel.
When I first arrived to check in, despite the hotel being rated four stars, there was no one available to welcome guests or assist with luggage. I also had to enter all the guests’ details myself, while the hotel staff member showed little interest in assisting.
The receptionist’s attitude during both check-in and check-out was very cold and unwelcoming.
